Swimmers: plastic pants?

Our Y pool has a rule that babies who aren't potty trained must wear plastic pants over their swim diaper.  I need suggestions for a source for these in baby sizes, if they exist.  Googling and IRL, I've only found them in 2T and 3T, presumably for kids who are actually being potty trained.  DD is 17 lbs 2 oz and would be lost in a 2T.  Not to mention the fact that they'd be all bunched up in her suit, which can't be comfortable.

Help?  We're really excited about taking her swimming and starting lessons this summer.

will they not let you wear the bathing suits that have diapers already built in?  they are soooooo much easier!

Buy Buy Baby has plastic swim pants. Not sure if there's one in your area but you could buy online too.
