F/u to the longest 2 days.

I went yesterday for the confirmation u/s. Long story short my u/s tech screwed up and said she found a fetal hb and told DH and I it was my hb.  I had to wait on the D&C, just in case there was a hb. 

Here is todays info....

Well I am finally home.  It was my heartbeat they heard yesterday.  The baby did no survive and I had a d&c this afternoon. I either had an allergic reaction or a chemical reaction from the anesthesia mixed with the antibiotic or pain pills they gave me.  I ended up having 3 seizures and had to stay a little longer.  My OB wanted to admit me, but the anesthesiologist thought there was no need.  I am hurting worse in my muscles than in my uterus and cervix.  My white count is elevated and they have me on antibiotics, since they are afraid I was setting up infection.

My ansetheiologist was wonderful.  Today was his last day and I was his last surgery.  He is retiring.  He sat by my bedside and cried with me.  He said he never thought his last surgery would me one of his sadest.  He told me about his 35 years of his job and how he and his wife were ready to settle in and be Grandparents.  His first grandchild is due any day.  He gave me the biggest hug when I was going back.  My nurse said he held my hand the entire time.  When I was having my seziures he was right there.  He left me when DH came back.  He also gave DH a hug.

I am so sorry for these bad days. I am glad that you are ok, thats scarey. It is nice to know how comforting and caring people can be. Relax and take care of yourself. We are here for you ((hugs))

I am so sorry for your loss.  You (and the anesthesiologist) had some day today.  I'm glad he was taking such good care of you.  I hope you're feeling better soon.

Im so sorry sweety!  That all just completely sucks! 

Glad its over and you can start to move forward, even if not how you had planned.  I am so happy to hear how good the people at the hospital were to you.  My anest. was awesome too, but that was probably because my FIL is her boss and was sitting in the waiting room with my dh. 

Take a deep breath and some YOU time.  Things will look up now.

That brought tears to my eyes, what a wonderful guy.  How are you feeling after going through all of that?  That must have been so scary!
