NYC prenatal yoga

Hi everyone- i'm new to this board and was really excited to find it because since getting pregnant i've become totally aware of the fact that i dont' have any friends who've had babies in the city. I guess I never thought about it before, but now i'm realizing i'm really stuck when it comes local resources! So my biggest thing that i would love advice on is prenatal yoga recomendations. does anyone have a studio or progam they found or would recommend? i've seen quite a bit online but it's hard to pick out what's what without any personal advice.

Not sure where you live but Prental Yoga Center on West 72nd is fantastic.  www.prentalyogacenter.com  They have classes and events in addition to regular yoga classes.  I'm going to sign up for their cpr one.

Hi Emily, I just signed up for prenatal yoga at Yummy Mummy on the UES. They are offered through the Prenatal Yoga Center. I found their information on my doula's website. Looking forward to the classes
