We have Zero schedule. (not because we haven't tried) She lets us know when she's hungry or wet. Now she's going through a growth spurt so she's wanting to eat every 2 hrs. So night time sucks now. Maybe she'll sleep 3 or 4 hrs, but lately it's been two hours at a time. Pedi says to ride it out =(

Liam's is pretty much identical except DH wakes him to feed him around 11 pm (before DH goes to bed...)
we used to do that because LO would fall asleep on his own after his 9 o'clock feeding and we found that he still woke up at 2. Maybe try and skip waking him up at 11 and see how he sleeps.

Yeah during the day if LO is awake he HAS to eat every 2 hours. It's like clock work when he starts to get hungry. Right around the hour and 45 minute mark is when he starts acting up.
We start his bedtime routine about 7:30-8pm bath every other day massage jammies swaddle daddy reads a book while he feeds in crib drowsy almost asleep paci if needed
he is usually out 1/2hour to 45 minutes later once he wakes after that he comes to bed with me for his 1st feeding, usually about midnight, we do a diaper change and he falls back asleep I set my cell on vibrate alarm at about 4am to do a dream feeding. he usually wakes up around 6 am for another feeding, little babbling then falls asleep again till about 9-10am when we start our day
