Seeing as though I've AWed everywhere (my blog, my siggy), I'm sure you all know that I lost 2.1 pounds this week.
I worked out three times at the gym (going again this weekend to make up for my oversleeping on Wednesday), and I ate relatively healthy all week for dinner. This is the most cooking I've done in one week... ever. 6 nights is really a record for me.
Bad news over hear BUT I followed your lead as well as some other nesties and have started a blog. I'll be posting each week with results on my blog. I'm gonna go to the classes at the gym this week since I'm on vacation.
The good news is that I have lost ~ 6 lbs since starting WW about two/three weeks ago. The bad news is that I haven't done any working out this week and I haven't done much points counting.
Since my California trip I've not been good ...but I downloaded couch 2 5k ony iPhone and ran today!!! It felt great ....a little sore but I'll be ok.
I'll weigh in on Monday and hopefully the last two weeks haven't been too bad.
Can I join in ? I have recommitted with the help of DH, who has also started WW to lose about 15-20lbs. it helps to have someone else to do it with!
My WW online tracker says i have lost about 6.5lbs since the beginning of the year, which isn't much but I'm cool with that because i didn't really TRY until about two weeks ago. Week one i lost 2 lbs, this week I don't know yet - haven't weighed in. But I think it'll be fine.
I'm thrilled to see the scale going down again! I am shooting for 40lb loss.
I missed my weight-in the week before last but this week showed a loss of 3.8 lbs. I'm one pound away from y 5% goal and I'm really excited. I've lost 11.2 lbs in the 6 weeks I've been on WW.
Not so good on my end. I had lost 5 lbs, gained it back and now I'm down a few but that might be from this stomach bug. Blah. Need to get back on track!
