I remember a discussion on this a long time ago, but it was before I even had babies on the brain. Did some of you use a PP support belt like the Medela or Belly Bandit? I'm wondering if it was worth it and did it work to help your muscles tighten? What other brands are available? TIA!

I used the Medela...wasted $20.
It would bunch up when I sat down no matter how I positioned it/how tight it was. I just don't understand how it's supposed to help your muscles tighten but then again some people swear by them {Jessica Alba raves about one I think...}.
The Baby Blog.
I've heard good things about a good old fashioned girdle...I plan to start with the Spanx and then the girdle if I'm not seeing the results I want.
I absolutely loved mine. It was the one from Boppy. I wore it constantly, to sit, feed, and especially sleep in. To me that was the best time to wear it. I wore a lot of flowey dresses after having my LO so no one could see it under my clothes.
I do think it helped my swelling go down. From friends who have had C-sections they all say they are getting one next time since seeing what it did for me!
Girl, I wore mine BEFORE the baby...you better believe I still bust them out every now and then. ;o)
I wore mine before baby too! And I just bought some Assets (from the same lady who invented Spanx, but cheaper) in nude and black for after baby. Target has them on clearance!
I haven't even thought about this.
How soon can you start wearing things like this after you have the baby?
