We bought a gigantor pack of it at Costco. ?So far we have only used it to make food for Christopher but he loved it and I thought it was tasty. ?I would love more recipes.

Half teaspoon of salt, half teaspoon of black pepper, teaspoon of chili powder, teaspoon of cumin, 3/4 teaspoon of garlic. You can add cilantro adn cayenne, too, if you like them.
Add quinoa and however much liquid the package calls for (I use low sodium chicken stock instead of water).
Cook according to package, then fluff and stir in a rinsed can of black beans.
It works great as a meat substitute w/ cheese in tacos, or as a side w/ carnitas.
My other go-to recipe vegetable fried rice recipe --just sub cooked quinoa for the rice.

We do a lot of what lib described. It can be made into a LOT of different things like meatless tacos, rice substitute, can be made sweet or savory depending on how you season it. It's one of our staple foods. Unfortunately, the lowest price we've found is about $4 lb out of the bulk bin section.
wow that is a bit pricy - the recipes look great though. I am trying to start limiting my gluten intake... have you eve used the Quinoa flour as a substitute for four?
