Hope your feeling better. Are you still on Coumadin? I asked my hematologist about vitamin k and wheatgrass (cause I take so much) I asked because vitamin k makes your blood clot and WG is loaded with it. He said if you use Lovenox wheatgrass is not a problem but Coumadin works by blocking vitamin k so you shouldnt get to much VK while on it. I though it was interesting.

We have stayed at the Marriot on St. Thomas. Its close to the ferry and on the beach, would definitely recommend it. We stayed at Bluebeards Castle also which was cute and cheap, but it was on the mountainside so we had to take cabs everywhere so it wasnt a savings after all. You can rent Jeeps on the island pretty cheap, you just have to be comfortable driving on the opposite side of the road. GL!
