To clean our stroller I always take a soapy rag with hot water and wash it down. I clean the fabric part that gets dirty. And maybe just spray it with some Lysol disinfectant?

Since DH is a germaphobe, he lysoled our Bob and then once we let that sit for a while, we came back and washed it with soap. It had a few spots when we picked it up but now it looks like new.
Re: Best way to clean a used stroller?
does the lining come out? I'd just wash it in the laundry.
otherwise, just wipe it down with what you currently clean the counters with.
I don't know why, but the thought of spraying something for my munchkin down with lysol freaks me out...
