Lately, once I start eating I can't stop. I feel like I've been consuming these huge meals and surely gaining weight along with them. I keep resolving to eat healthier choices, but the cravings kick in and I am not in control. I just had a feta omelette ( 1 egg, 1 egg white), 2 pieces of turkey bacon, a bagel with margarine, orange juice AND a banana nut muffin. I hope this tides me over until dinner! Geez.
I thought my appetite would subside a bit as there can't possibly be much room for food at this point. Apparently not! I hope these babies are growing nice an big!
