Blogger & IE 8 - probs moving photos

Has anyone noticed w/ IE 8 that you can't drag photos down the page within a post?  They'll only go as far as what's visible within the view box; they won't force the page to scroll down so you can get all the way to the bottom of the post.  At first I noticed it only with my new laptop, but then I got IE 8 on my work PC and now it's happening here too, so it must be IE 8 causing the problem.  What a PIA.
