How much at feeding?

How much does your LO take at a feeding?? If you BF how long at a time?

I pump and nurse. When I nurse through the night he will go for about 10 minutes on each before he gets sleepy and stops and just holds it in his mouth. But when I take him off he roots around some more. Also he wakes up every 1 1/2 hours instead of 2 1/2 to 3 hours like he was. 

He also stopped eating his usual 1- 1 1/2 oz of pumped BM and now I can barely get 1 oz when he falls back asleep. Then he will wake up 1-1 1/2 hours later.

Whats up with this?!?! I know he is growing quickly. He was 3lb 13oz at birth, lost down to 3lb 9oz, and barely a week later he is around 4 lb. But I miss his longer stretches!

My LO did something similar to this when he was the same age as your LO. It just takes a while to get the BFing down and for a schedule and consistent pattern to evolve. hang in there. He eventually went back to eating every 3 hours. It may just be a growth spurt.
