Is your theory that there are a shitton of lurkers on this board? Because I have never seen a post get so many views so fast.
Ridley Run 3.1 - 4/9/11 - 34:24 - 1st race evah!
Kelly Monaghan's 5K - 5/15/11 - 3rd Place in AG
Walk the Talk 5K - 5/18/11 - 31:12 PR
Ridley Run 3.1 - 4/14/12 - 1st race of the year, 32:45
I just proved to myself that it's really easy to quickly up the views on a post all by yourself.
ETA: You can try it yourself. Click on the title to a post and then veryveryvery rapidly start to click over and over again. Click as fast as you possibly can a couple hundred times in a row. Each click will end up being counted as a new view.

All you have to do is just keep hard refreshing inside the post, right?

I removed my comment because it came across as really snarky and that's not AT ALL how I meant it. Before I saw your follow-up, I thought you were working on another theory so my comment made no sense what-so-ever in this context. Sorry if it seemed rude.

Nope, see above. I just edited my last post to say exactly how.
No, not necessarily. The same thing works on any post, not just your own.
