Monk likes to spit his out too. The best thing I can do is hold him in a semi-reclined position. Then I squirt a little in to the side of his cheek. Then I shove a paci in his mouth so he can't spit it out. Repeat until all gone.
put a tiny bit in her cheek and hold her cheeks like a fish face (does that make sense?) until she swallows. the do a little bit more while holding her cheeks like that. might take a bit of time but it will work. good luck!

I feel pretty good today Mady is doing much better. I just laid her down for a nap, hopefully she'll keep sleeping well and will be 100% soon!
