i washed it and it shrunk!!!  now it doesnt fit.   i am pi.ssed to say the least.

mine did the same thing, but I just kept wearing it and would tie around my back instead of in front on my stomach.  after a few sessions of wearing it like this, I could wear it like normal (tied in the front).

I tied it in the back til it stretched back out also. Or you could have someone help you stretch it.
