WDYT of this... wedding pic

I was looking at some posted pics on a friend's FB page and this was one of her pro pics... I don't really think I'd appreciate this kind of pose, not to mention display it on FB.

I can appreciate the beauty of it but that's sort of outweighed by the tackiness of it.

If they had at least zipped her up over her panties, then it would be fine, but showing the whole world your skivvies on facebook ranks as klassy to me.

i thinks it's really pretty and she's got a decent body so i'm not sure why you wouldn't "appreciate it".  do you mean for her or for you, personally?

i don't think it's tacky at all really, but i guess if you're (the general you) more modest you might not like it  ::shrug:: i have the "getting dressed" pics from my wedding.  no biggie.

Although I'm not offended by it, I don't think that it's attractive at all.  She's in good shape, but the dress looks ugly when it isn't zipped.  I just don't think that it looks that artistic.  It's like they are trying too hard to be artistic.

Why do people insist on putting pictures like this on Facebook?! I really don't get it. It is fine if she wanted a picture taken like this, but I can't imagine putting it on FB for everyone to see!

So what? It's on her wedding day. I think it's in horribly bad taste, but whatever.

I think 40 years from now "oh, and here's grandma's lacy underwear on her wedding day..."  Gross.

And putting it on FB is the cherry on top. My husband would be (rightly so) both pissed and mortified. IDK, NMS at all!!!

I bought a pair of blue underwear with "Mrs. New-last-name" on the butt.  It was funny and for DH.  When I was getting dressed my photographer snapped a pic, but I certainly didn't put it on FB or let anyone else see it!

I actually think the pic itself is gorgeous...but it is not for public viewing, IMO, just for husband's eyes only.  When you put it on display it loses the effect it could have had on your husband, and just becomes AWish, IMO.

A lot of brides specifically ask me for a picture like that - usually they have the "Mrs. Lastname" on their undies - but yeah, I take that shot at at least 50% of the weddings I do.

this. she could have saved this one for her personal collection. And they could have done some artistic editing to make it look less creepy.

I think it's waaaay too posed (you can practically see her waiting for the photographer to take the picture), and I really don't think it's FB material. Keep that one for your personal photo album.
