Are you supposed to change bottle nipple sizes if you EBF?

She occasionally gets a bottle of EBM and I feel like she's getting frustrated with the Size 1 nipples.. I thought I read somewhere that you're not supposed to change sizes if you BF though.. although I might be remembering incorrectly..

    nope, that's right. You're supposed to stay on slow flow. Otherwise they might get used to the faster flow and then get frustrated with the slower flow of BF.

    W/ DD1 I was able to switch to the medium flow nipples with no issues, but by that point I was ok with weaning if it came to it. I think that was around 7 months.
