I got mine 2 months ago.  So far so good, but I have still had random spotting.

I got mine 3.5 weeks ago and everything has been great.  I've been spotting for a little over a week, but nothing too bad.  I think I was lucky as I only cramped the first day and have felt fine ever since.

I got mine the end of October and honestly the first 6 weeks were a little hellish but things have calmed down since and I am happy with it.  In the beginning I bled a lot and had quite a bit of cramping.  Now I am still having a period but it's really light and seems to be trying to go away...came after 5 weeks the first time and this last one came after 6 weeks and I usually have a 26 day cycle.  I have random cramping but no random spotting aside from my period times.  GL!
