I went to TArget yesterday with LO and as I was putting bags in the car I saw peanut butter and vitamins that I forgot to pay for in the corner of the shopping cart. LO was screaming so I did not go back in and pay for them. I feel awful.
Oh, don't worry. Shoplifting only affects the big bad corporate monster.
Not the rest of us that have to pay higher prices so those companies can compensate for their shoplifting losses.
Okay, me: I have worked out twice since DD was born. Twice.
You have me beat by one time I honestly just took my 30 Day Shred out of the plastic wrap last week!
Here's mine:
I am sometimes so exhausted I think about what it would be like to have something happen where I could get some rest. Like sprain an ankle. Then I have no excuse but to be able to stay home, prop my leg up, and nap.
okay sorry but that one is so not funny about spraining an ankle. I broke my ankle (3 places) a few days before my due date, and I was unable to walk for at least 8 weeks. I delivered my DS and had surgery 12 hours later. It's been the most awful maternity leave....imagine not even being able to walk with your LO to calm him down, not being able to walk to his room to change him, sitting on the couch 24/7 while your son screams in your arms and not being able to move....
sometimes i REALLY think i'm the_shit. seriously- i'm all like "damn i'm awesome"
so vain.
How is this a confession when its already well known that you are indeed awesome?!?
Me: 30, DOR with a FSH of 12.5
DH: 31, no issues
4-6/2012 100mg of Clomid + trigger + IUI/TI = BFN
7/2012 150mg of Gonal-f + trigger + IUI = BFN
8/2012 Surprise unmedicated BFP!! Due May 8, 2013
I love DD more than life but I really, really enjoy her naps. I love having that break to get things done. I feel so guilty looking forward to the times when she is sleeping but it's true. There are also times though when I am anxious for her to wake up so I can play with her.
Also, I love when DH falls asleep on the couch, makes more room for me and our five cats. He snores so loudly and I get infuriated just about every night.

It wasn't meant to be funny. It is my flame free confession. Exhaustion impacts everyone a little differently. This is an example of how it has impacted me.

I love making food to send to work with DH so him and the guys can have something to munch on...and I only enjoy it bc the guys always tell me how awesome "it" is and how much they love it. It's a cheap thrill but I love it!!
I do this, too.
I love giving Nate a reason to feel like he has the greatest wife ever & can rub it in everyone's face.
THIS! I love to cook and I secretly love it when DH's mom comes over and I have made a huge feast and she complements me. Especially when the house is spotless and I have on makeup and big girl clothes. (Little does she know I stayed up all night to do it all!)
I know that sounds terrible but DH's mom can be a real terror and I get pleasure out of her thinking that her son has an amazing wife!
I do the same with my MIL. I love her, but she's like Martha Stewart - the perfect hostess, cook, etc. so it feels great when I know that I've done a good job and can compete. It also felt AMAZING when FIL said that he likes my lasagna best - MIL no longer makes it because everyone likes mine better. lmao!

I would NOT feel bad about accidentally taking a few items!
just an FYI- Target requests restitution from criminal defendant's who take merchandise and they also assess them civil fines which can be above and beyond that the cost of the items people stole. If the person decides not to pay the civil fine Target can institute a case against them. So Target is really not taking many losses that get passed on to their costumers!
Some days I feel very lazy. Like when DD is asleep I know I have things to get done, and things that need to be done but I just can't be bothered. I'd rather come downstairs and do this!! Or check other things on the computer!! *lol* Then some days like an hour before DH gets home from work, I'll run around and do a bunch of things so I don't look like such a lazy a** when he gets home! Sad but true!! He wouldn't say anything because he knows I'm busy, but I feel guilty so I do it anyway.
THIS. And sometimes that last minute rush is when I get out of my pajamas, so he doesn't realize I've been a slob in my PJs all day.
the main reason i BF is b/c it's free. the other benefits are just an added bonus. formula is way too expensive!!
This is me exactly! Whenever I admit this to anyone, they always say "And it's best for the baby, right?" Yeah sure, but it's also free! I sure wouldn't be down with milking myself all day at work if I wasn't getting something out of it too
Re: FFFC post (cause I don't see one yet)
