  • Okay, me:   I have worked out twice since DD was born.  Twice.

  • I get annoyed when I see people complaining about their spouses. There are people who have it much much worse than what some people complain about and frankly I'd love to have a husband who treated me the way some of the complainers husbands do.

    That is all.

  • I second that.  Its too cold for me to go out jogging.  I will start when the weather gets better and I can take baby girl out with me.

You have me beat by one time  Smile  I honestly just took my 30 Day Shred out of the plastic wrap last week!

    Here's mine:

I am sometimes so exhausted I think about what it would be like to have something happen where I could get some rest.  Like sprain an ankle.  Then I have no excuse but to be able to stay home, prop my leg up, and nap.

  • I can do one better, I haven't worked out AT ALL.  Actually I haven't worked out since I was three months pregnant....Yikes.
  • I sometimes have a nap during DD's early morning nap. Even though she sleeps for 12 hours usually.

    I like my sleep.

  • I am so proud of all of the Americans who have pulled together to help out Hati, and I know that it's the American way to help out other?countries?in need. ?Makes me proud to be an American. ?

But in the back of my mind I cannot help but think of all the homeless, inner city schools, crumbling US cities, and parentless children here in the US who could use that help too. ??

  • I went to TArget yesterday with LO and as I was putting bags in the car I saw peanut butter and vitamins that I forgot to pay for in the corner of the shopping cart.  LO was screaming so I did not go back in and pay for them.  I feel awful.
  • Mine is dumb but honest...

I love making food to send to work with DH so him and the guys can have something to munch on...and I only enjoy it bc the guys always tell me how awesome "it" is and how much they love it.  It's a cheap thrill but I love it!!

  • I haven't worked out in more than a year. It sucks.

My FFFC. I got a call from DD's pedi this morning regarding some results and she called me Mrs. G*****. SO and  I aren't married. DD has his last name. I didn't correct her. This is what I have to look forward to until we get married. Did I think it was presumptuous of her to call me Mrs. G*****? Yes. It's annoying but expected.

I love giving Nate a reason to feel like he has the greatest wife ever & can rub it in everyone's face.

  • I fell asleep nursing DD the other night and she almost fell. I started bawling and have felt guilty ever since. DH keeps telling me that she is ok and nothing happened and to take it as a warning. The thing is DD doesn't need to nurse, but we have been so exhausted emotionally with losing our friend I don't have the energy to no nurse her.

    I need a nap.

  • I let H move back in to try to work things out (things have been going wonderful, which was unexpected) and last night his XBOX 360 broke and I am secretly thrilled while he is devestated.

Don't let it bother you! Mine is awful.  I had a few glasses of wine and went to put Lo to sleep one night. I feel asleep twice while feeding him and almost dropped himand dropped the bottle three times.  I learned from that one!!!

I know, that one is just hard for me to let go.

  • Here's mine.  There is a funkyass smell in our bedroom and it's driving me INSANE.  I have disinfected the room top to bottom, washed every piece of fabric, opened the windows, Febreezed, etc and yet the smell is still there.  It surfaced when I started co-sleeping... so I want to blame it on the baby but she certainly doesn't smell.

Even MH is complaining and that says a LOT.

I have thought this same thing!

    Here's mine:

DH will give me $ for half of the bills and I will pay them, usually online. Sometimes I fudge how much he owes me so I can have some extra money to buy a pair of jeans or shoes. I know I'm terrible.

  • Apparently I posted my FFFC in the wrong place. I didn't know there was a particular place we had to post them.

  • Some days I feel very lazy. Like when DD is asleep I know I have things to get done, and things that need to be done but I just can't be bothered. I'd rather come downstairs and do this!! Or check other things on the computer!! *lol* Then some days like an hour before DH gets home from work, I'll run around and do a bunch of things so I don't look like such a lazy a** when he gets home! Sad but true!! He wouldn't say anything because he knows I'm busy, but I feel guilty so I do it anyway.

  • My confession? I am secretly thrilled that I got married and have an amazing baby because my brother and his girlfriend are now envious. Usually it's my brother that has all the fun, luck and great life. My brother is the same age as I am and yes there is a lot of sibling rivalry/competition.
  • It really wasn't an accident when our dog ate one of my DH's (at the time boyfriend) favorite sweatshirt. Although I admit it was a cool shirt I knew it came from an ex-girlfriend that I knew and hated. So I just happened to let it lie out on the floor and it just happened to smell like food. Angel

    Hee hee, I like this!

  • Obama is speaking in our neighborhood and downtown today.  I honestly am more worried about getting home today and don't want to deal with the headache traffic and road closures.

  • I don't love DD's name. There I said it, I have been holding onto that for awhile.  BUT, that name has special meaning to MH and I and it totally fits her, she is definitely a Sydney.  I just hate hate hate that people always have to ask if it is Cindy or Sydney.

I totally get what you mean, I am proud we did so much, but I wish American's did something everyday for the problems that we don't see but plague our country, I work in the inner city and you would think sometimes it is a 3rd world country.  I wish instead of building schools in Afghanistan, we would rebuild some of our crumbling schools here, and help feed the children here who are homeless, and hungry.  I am not saying they don't need it overseas, I just think sometimes we ignore the problems here because it is America and we assume every child has a warm meal and bed to sleep in, which is so not true

Honestly, I can relate.  I really, really wanted Reagan but DH hated that name.  Madison is what we could both agree on and it was my #2 choice.  It's growing on me, but I call her Maddy more than Madison.  I feel super guilty about it.

  • DD#1 is Reagan and I hated it at first (it was DH's fav.) and now I love it!

I regret the spelling of DD#2's name... her name is Cameron, but I wish we had spelled it differently.  Everyone that see's her name thinks she's a boy.  It's annoying.  But, DH wouldn't spell it any other way.  :-(

THIS! I love to cook and I secretly love it when DH's mom comes over and I have made a huge feast and she complements me. Especially when the house is spotless and I have on makeup and big girl clothes. (Little does she know I stayed up all night to do it all!)

I know that sounds terrible but DH's mom can be a real terror and I get pleasure out of her thinking that her son has an amazing wife!

  • J sleeps much better during the week than he does during the weekend.  My parents know this - they've watched him a couple of times overnight on the weekend.  DH's parents are watching him for the first overnight tomorrow night (we have a ball to go to).  I'm not saying they weren't informed, but I'm also not sure that it came up during the actual "will you watch him" conversation that Saturday night is the night he likes to party in his crib.

He slept straight through the night last night (7:30 p.m. - 7 a.m.).  He's pretty much guaranteed to not go down without a fight and wake up 3 or 4 times tomorrow night.

  • At night I sometimes let DD cry until she wakes up DH and then I go get her to bf!  I use to not do this until one night I was bfing her and she was little noisy. DH woke up shot me a look, rolls over and goes back to sleep.  Sorry buddy!!  Now I do it occassionally and I giggle to myself!

    Honestly, me too.

Now my FFFC... I haven't done a good cleaning in about 3 weeks.  I am barely able to keep up with the bottles and pump parts, let alone sweep, vaccuum, do laundry, scrub the toilets... and here's another confession, i hardly ever make our bed

  • This is my first fffc (I think)

I used to complain when friends or family had babies who cried whenever they went to anyone but their mothers. But I secretly hope every day that my son is that baby. It's selfish. I acknowledge that but I really want him to cry if anyone but me holds him. Embarrassed

  • I am annoyed with some IRL b/c she keeps crying to me about how she hasn't gotten pregnant right away. It's been 3 month. Relax. Stop stressing. Gads, it's so obnoxious. I know women that took years to get pregnant.

    so vain.

  • I'm seriously contemplating changing the spelling of DD2's name.  I really wanted Maddison but spelled it with one 'd' because my mom had already make a scrapbook page with her name and that's how she spelled it.  We spelled DD1's middle name a little different and it still bugs me so really thinking about changing DD2's spelling. There..I said it.

Oh, don't worry. Shoplifting only affects the big bad corporate monster.

Not the rest of us that have to pay higher prices so those companies can compensate for their shoplifting losses.

Um, yeah. The Bump be too crazy for pics of my kid.
