Need a photo card design

I want to do a moving annoucement/Valentine with my sig pic of my girls and none of the usually suspects have anything even close layout-wise (shutterfly, tinyprints etc) so I think I;m going to need to have to have it custom designed. Any site recs or nesties with businesses like this?

You could make it into a postcard (use the 'blank' or 'no frame' option) on winkflash.com, then put your new address info on the back....pretty simple and pretty cheap!
