anyone file a claim on amazon

I got scammed on amazon. I bought a video monitor and never recieved it! I filed a claim today.

 

I better get my money back I will be sooooo pissed. I guess I should call my CC company also.

No, but I'm still waiting on my lightscoop. I bought it last week a long with something else that I already received. It better get here soon.
