Pumping at work ?

I'll be going back to work next week and will be pumping.  At home I use a hands free bra that I made out of an old sports bra.  It's so much more convenient, but I'm not going to wear a bra with the nipples cut out to work!  If you pump at work, what do you do?

I wore regular nursing bras and tops that would be easiest to pump in - so button ups or knits that I'd just pull up.

I wear nursing bras and just use the rubber band trick from kellymom to pump 'hands free'.

I bought a hands-free bra that zips up the front.  I wear a nursing tank or bra and then just zip that on and I am ready to pump.

i no longer pump @ work, but when I did --- a regular nursing bra was fine. it will be fairly easy to do. also, i read this book while pumping my first week back. it really helped me to feel better about pumping at work. Milk Memos.
