is it due to teething again?

DD has had a little diareah for the past few days.  She is definitely teething b/c her fingers are constantly in her mouth and she has a lil rash on her chin.  Just not sure if the diareah is due to teething or lactose intolerance.  She is eating things that won't cause the big D and isn't eating anything new.  I am thinking it is just teething...not sure what else it could be!  Do you think it could be lactose intolerance?
