I am making pork chops tonight (not even sure what I am doing with them yet either)  and have potatoes to use up.

Give me your favorite potato recipes please and pork chops if you have one too.  I have been looking on websites but nothing is jumping out at me.

Here is my fav recipe for Honey Pecan Pork Chops:

4 pork chops

1/2 cup flour

salt & pepper to taste

2 tbsp butter

1/4 cup honey

1/4 cup chopped pecans

Mix flour with salt & pepper and dredge pork chops in.

Melt butter, brown the chops on both sides...transfer to plate

Mix honey & pecans in the pan drippings over heat stirring constantly and pour this sauce over chops.

With pork chops (made anyway...I favor those cooking bags) I like to make cheesy scalloped potatoes.
