Thanks for posting this. Over the weekend, the vibe seemed to be dismal and hopeless about adoptions to go through and I started noticing yesterday that peoples' conversations were changing to be hopeful (plus the plane of kids arriving) and I've been looking for the particular item that changed things. Hooray!
