Stuck in sleep sack?

So, my almost 18 month-old DD has started getting her foot stuck in the neck of her sleep sacks during late night escape attempts.  Has anyone else had this problem?  If so, what did/do you do?

    Oh yikes - that sucks! We still use the sleep sack and my DD hasn't attempted this...yet! :) I assume when she does we might have to move to a regular blanket I guess?

    Wow, she's quite the contortionist. We haven't experienced this since we just use regular blankets.

    LOL!

    I don't think DS is flexible enough for this adventure. However, I'm getting worried that he will find the zipper and "practice" on his sleep sack.

    We don't use a blanket of any sort and DD is perfectly cozy enough in her one piece footed sleepers.  Can you just ditch the sleep sack altogether?

    How about using the sleep sacks with the holes for feet?  Is that what you're using?

    What kind of sleepsack are you using?  Sounds like it's too big if she can get her foot through the neck hole.  Have you tried Halo Sleepsacks?
