I am pronouncing it cal-ee-uh, and I think it is actually a really pretty name! I didn't find it on any baby name websites either though. When I searched, this is what I found:
The how do you pronounce it question reminds me of my own daughter. Her name is Talia, and we say it like the end of Natalia. I never thought about people pronouncing it differently, but most people pronounce it Ta-LEE-ah when they see it on paper.
My childhood babysitter named her daughter Kahlia with the Cuh-lee-uh pronunciation (which I'm assuming Calia is). I think it's pretty, but I may be biased.
Re: Calia?
Pronounced CAH-LEE-UH?
I had a student by that name, but spelled differently. It's okay, I guess.
Hmmm. CAL-ee-uh, I actually like.
Cuh-LEE-uh, I don't like. At all.

1. Caliana, which I also think is very pretty https://www.babynames.com/name/Caliana
2. Callia, meaning beautiful in Greek https://www.babynames.com/name/Callia
3. A princess in World of Warcraft named Calia - ha! https://www.wowwiki.com/Calia_Menethil

I have never heard it, but it is pretty. If pronounced CA-lia.
