My supply is getting low (sad) so I need to start thinking about supplementing with formula. But DS has had only BM from day 1, so I never even looked around at the different formulas. Which one(s) do you use when supplementing?
BTW - I'm doing everything I can to build my supply back up but I just want to have a backup plan just in case...
Re: What formula do you supplement with?

A stowaway on board!
We use Good Start because that's what the LC recommends and the only one her shop sells. She says the proteins are broken down more than other formulas so it's easier for them to digest.
That said, we also supplemented with Enfamil Premium in the hospital and she took that just fine.

We use Similac Advance from free samples given to us by Pedi.Once they run out and I don't have coupons for it I plan to use the Up& Up brand from Target. They have the same thing....very comparable and they compare it right on their cans.
We supplement once at his dreamfeeding (10pm) and we use Enfamil Nutramingen. Its a little pricey but our pedi gives us free samples all the time. Its the lightest formula next to breastmilk.
We tried to switch to Gentlease but he wouldn't take it and was fussy all night so we switched back.
