hey ladies -

i know this board is on the slow side but i am hoping to get it moving a bit and have recruited some other pregnant ladies from nj to come and post regularly.

my name is lisa and mh and i are expecting our 1st & 2nd child, yup twins, this summer. i am due july 11th but realistically will have the babies in mid to late june. for those of you who used to post on the knot my screen name there was nyclisa78.

i think this board could really be an awesome resource if we got more ladies to use it. hope to get to know you all soon.

congrats and welcome. i check out this board daily. i wish it wasnt so dead. i was recruited to the new jersey nesties board becuase its hopping and there are alot of preggers and moms on there.

I'm one of Lisa's "recruits"! I also post on the Parenting after 35 board and there are a bunch of NJ ladies there, too.

My son, Aaron, was born in August. I was induced because he was stubborn (and big?9 lb!) and didn't want to come out. He'll be 5 months old tomorrow. He's a friendly, sweet little boy who usually smiles. He's wearing a helmet due to brachycephaly (flat head, uniformly in the back).

He'll be our only child unless my DH and I win the Mega Millions and can hire a full-time nanny. Wink

hello! my lo is an august baby as well. he is august 27th. he was born via c-section becuase of his size vs. mine. they were afraid of shoulder displasia. he was 8lb 11oz.

Hi there! I just saw you posting on 3-6 today, too!

Aaron was born August 14th?my due date was the 6th. He just wasn't budging. His large size likely contributed to his torticollis (nearly gone) and brachycephaly (flat head/working on it).

my due date was the 31st so we were a few days early!! Glad i was seen over on 3-6 today. i had a lot of time to post which is not normal. I go back to work next week so hopefully i'll still find time!
