Prenatal Yoga Class Recommendation?

I'm interested in beginning prenatal yoga.  I have never practiced yoga before, and, while slim and healthy, have never considered myself athletic. 

Can anyone recommend a good yoga studio in Suffolk County (Port Jefferson, Setauket, Miller Place areas) that offer beginner prenatal classes?

    Hi,

    I am 18 weeks pregnant and go to Prana in St. James, not far from PJ, Setauket, Miller Place. I went before I was pregnant too. They have Yoga Basic classes and the one on Thursday nights has a few girls that are pregnant. It is a 6:45pm class. It is basic yoga so perfect for beginners too.     If you are a teacher or have a flexible work schedule please let me know, my friend who is also in education and pregnant are trying to get a few girls together for an earlier class. Lauren, the owner is very flexible and great!
