I just started a P/T work from home job, and a friend of mine is going to come over a few hours each day to watch DD while I work. What is a typical rate of pay for something like this, in the Tampa Bay area?

I've seen it range anywhere from $5-10 and hour for someone who is "helping out" vs. a Nanny or a Pro.
