I have to go back to work in Feb. and I am looking for an in home care provider 3-5 days per week. Any suggestions?

I found my nanny on nannies4hire.com.  A friend recommended the site to me, and I am so glad.  There are so many nannies, you can easily find someone who meets all of your criteria for a price you can afford.  You have to pay a fee to post your family profile, but comprehensive background checks are included in this fee.  (Definitely worth finding the right person for my daughter.)  Good luck!

i have previously used an in home provider that i and dd loved.  she is located off of 1604 and potranco.  not sure if this would be convenient at all for you.
