I feel so behind...

What things did you have accomplished by the time you hit 25 weeks?

I feel like there's suddenly so much to do. I've done a lot of research on baby gear, but outside of that I haven't gotten much done. The only thing I've bought is some clothing. We do have our stroller and carseat picked out and I have an idea on a pediatrician we'd like to use.
Outside of that, I haven't done much.

Next on the list is furniture shopping and cleaning the nursery. Right now it's sort of turned into a catch all and has a bunch of random stuff in it.

Last time the only thing we had done by 28 weeks was order the crib.  There is plenty of time yet to get ready.

nothing . . we are going to wait until we know the gender and everything before even looking at doing anything . . DD gets her big girl furniture at the end of Feb. .  so, at that point ..  i guess we will have to work on cleaning out the other bedroom and painting it and everything. . .

Nothing! lol. We find out the sex tomorrow and haven't even picked out names! I guess I keep telling myself we have til May and it's only the end of December. We are slackers!

I feel the same way. We are waiting to move the end of January up to Seattle. So we are waiting on furniture and everything. I got baby clothes for Christmas but other than that I haven't done much and I'm sure by 25 weeks I will just be starting.

I'm about a week behind you.  I have picked out my ped, but that's only because I took my niece to the doctor last week, and she was my pediatrician and the pediatricians of my sisters and my niece and nephews.  I have done my registry and my sister and I have picked the date for my shower.  I have settled on a travel system, bed room set and pnp.  Other than that...  Just some clothes.  We have not purchased our bedding, nursery furnature or even paint colors.  So I don't think you should beat yourself up too much.  You have plenty of time.

We've picked a name, we have our crib, and I've bought some clothing, books, and a few toys.

I'll probably paint the nursery sometime in the next couple weeks, and we still need to find furniture for it.

Oh, and I started a registry but I still haven't narrowed down car seats, strollers, etc.

We haven't done much. I lied, we haven't done anything yet.  We have to wait until the end of the week before we can order a crib and I think this week while MH is off work he's going to clean out the nursery.

I haven't done anything at this point. (Granted I am a week behind you.)

We have to complete 2 other rooms before we can even get to the nursery, and I know my H is not going to do it anytime soon. I haven't picked out furniture, bedding, anything. I am starting to get antsy and think I will try to start cleaning out one of the rooms tonight. (We are making the guest room the nursery, so must move the guest room furniture to the other room. BUT, before we can do that we have to remove the horrible wallpaper and paint.)

We have her first name picked, some clothes and we have the travel system/car seat because we found the best sale ever, but that is it. The nursery is empty waiting to be filled!

At least I know I am not the only one that feels behind. 

I have done lots of looking and have a good idea of what we want just have not ordered any of it yet.

I am about where you are. we bought a stroller and I have 1 outfit, we ordered the cribs and dresser . Nothing else is done. we have a lot more to do. its a little overwhelming especially with 2.

the only thing we did was paint the nursery room... i do feel we are ok and that you guys r stressing yourselves out trying to finish everything way ahead of time..

We haven't done a thing! We figured after the holidays we'd start the nursery and start registering. You aren't behind. There's so much time to get stuff done.

So far I have nothing for this baby except for a pack of onesies and diapers that we got as Christmas gifts. I'm having a 2nd girl though so we have a lot of the big stuff already. We just need to figure out if we're getting DD a new bed and using her crib or buying another convertible crib. We did start a registry at Target to keep track of things we need though.

What have you gotten done?

Well everyone is different so you shouldnt feel like you are behind. I am a planner and hate to wait until the last minute. I made a spreadsheet as soon as I got pregnant for baby needs, and have bought things since I found out I was pregnant. We just got our crib and dresser and have set that up. Last night I got out all my cloth diapers and set them up in the dresser/changer. The crib is put together. And we bought one carseat quite a while ago. But I still need to get the carpets cleaned, replace the blinds and hang curtains, and do the actual "decorating" parts.  I still have lots to do. And the nursery probably wont be completely finished until after the shower.
