Pumping question & transitional milk

If you are pumping just one breast that hasn't been nursed on in several hours, how many minutes does it take to empty it with a double electric pump?  I have the Playtex Embrace.

 Also, how long does it take for the transitional milk to turn to regular milk?  Now mine is the color of creamy orange juice.

The "creamy orange juice" is your colostrum which you get right after birth. I didn't get a pump until a couple weeks in, so I am not sure about that question.

I would say it takes me 10-15 minutes to pump/empty a breast.
