YES, I'm on restricted bedrest starting at 15wks.  And my favorite, "This early?  And you still have SO LONG TO GO."  Way to be supportive friends, "just wait," "already?"  Yay, just because you may not have had the same experience doesn't mean that others don't.

The one that irked me was when someone seemed shocked I was starting to show already.  I'm at 20 weeks, the kid is almost 10 inches long, where is it supposed to go??

Like you need to hear this! I did bedrest during 1st tri and my OB keeps "threatening" me with it.  I feel your pain!

YES!!  I love how first time mama's, or really, even people who have been pregnant two or three times consider themselves pregnancy "experts". 

Just like when I was trying to get pregnant and everyone considers themselves fertility specialists.

Wow, that is rediculous!  I am at 21 weeks, and definitely more than just "showing!"  Someone made a comment to me like that too, and she was blessed with a long torso...so she is able to hide it much better than most.  Everyone is so different so I'm not sure why these comments even are said...like they know what to expect for you personally....

Yes!!  I keep getting the "just wait" comment from my friend who has never had children.

or "rest now, because you won't get any when the baby comes"...  really? I had NO IDEA that babies were hard work, requiring 24/7 care and that they usually don't sleep through the night for a long time.  THANK you for imparting your wisdom.
