What fun stuff have you bought for baby?

I'm DYING to shop, but am trying to hold back becuase I know I'll be getting a bunch of stuff from family etc.  I will probably buy some outfits etc. but was wondering if you've bought any toys or anything else fun for your LO yet.  And if so, what?  Maybe give a link if you have one.

I've bought 5 outfits (they were so cute & couldn't resist) and the Graco travel system, I found it on clearance at Target for $38 and couldn't pass it up! I'm trying to control my shopping until after we have our baby shower which is still a long ways away!

we've just bought a few outfits (cute onesies we found on clearance, etc.) and some children's books to add to LO's bookshelf

Nothing. I may buy my first item, a onesie or bib that says something re: daddy for DH's stocking stuffer. Oh I did buy 2 childrens books since they were a great deal and a boppy from a consignment shop

My husband and I are getting all of my nephews bedroom furniture which is beautiful and will save us some money!  We are waiting until after Christmas to really start buying because like you, we will be getting tons of stuff from our families We did break down and just last night purchased the nursery bedroom set!  It was such a great deal and we both loved it!  I'm so excited!

I got some onesies from target that were half price, and a little life is good zippy sweatshirt for $6 (https://www.zappos.com/n/multi_view.cgi?product_id=7527713&color_id=192353&view=multi&ref=multi-pic) in green and sweatsuit from marshall and 6 pairs of baby socks. We also got a great deal on nursery furniture from craigs list, and I got the graco travel system from target for around $80...

We saw the cutest pink piggy bank at TJMaxx today, so we had to buy it for her! We have also bought some cute outfits, and ordered her bedding for the nursery!

Besides some clothes, we've bought our LO a few stuffed animals (a dog, a cat, and a ferret), some finger puppets, and a weird baby toy that makes like purring and laughing noises... don't know how else to describe that one, haha, but my BFF's baby LOVES hers so I thought I'd give it a shot on my own baby.

After Christmas, we're doing a giant book-shopping trip, too. My aunt and uncle gave us a huge gift card just for that purpose - Yay!!  

As for other toys - we probably won't be buying any more until next Christmas, when the baby's older and more able to "use" the toys.

We have not bought anything yet since we just got into 2nd trimester. The week after Chrismas we are buying our peanut shell sling though!! I found the one I wanted at a nearby store and she mentioned she was having an after Christmas sell so we are getting it then! So excited!

 

My dad already bought us a crib mattress and rocking chair (still no crib...), my mom a teddy bear and and these cute robot magnet set since e are doing the nursery in robots, then my grandma got us a really nice dresser to use as a dresser/changing table. Very sweet of everyone!!

 We will start buying stuff now....and especially after 20 weeks!
