What could this rash be??

Getting ready for baths tonight I noticed my one DS has a red, bumpy rash all over his chest, belly, back and a bit on his groin area and head. He has not had any brand  new foods that I can think of and no changes in detergent, lotion or soap. He doesn't seem bothered by it and no fever. He has had a patch of eczema on his back and now it looks like it has spread all over, except it is now not just in a patch but dots. Can this all be eczema? Any ideas? Looks pretty bad and is making me nervous.

    Sounds like eczema to me.  DD has it and every now and then I'll see little dots all over.  It seems like her eczema has gotten worse since the weather had gotten colder and drier.  I've started using a humidifier and hopefully that'll help a little.  Still it wouldn't hurt to call the pedi and have them check it out.

    Could be eczema.  My DS had that exact same thing happen to him last winter at about this time.  I would get it checked out just in case
