Anyone in Philly

DH and I just relocated and have decided this week that we are ready to start the process. We've been ttc since 04 and, well you all know how I feel. It's surreal that we reached this point. I have a few books and have been doing research, but wondered if anyone in PA can make any suggestions regarding local agencies? If not, then the ones to stay away from? TIA
