I know it could be a clogged duct or a cyst or something. Still a little freaky. It doesn't hurt, no temp, no heat in that area, it is the size of a small marble and it is at the very very top of my left breast which I think would be a weird place for a duct.

I have an appointment but not for a week. I'm thinking of calling and seeing if I can get it moved up. 

Ugh.

EBF boobs are VERY lumpy. Also milk ducts go all the way into your underarm. Good luck though hope it all works out

Try treating it like a clogged duct with warm compresses, massage, etc and see if it goes away. I've had several lumps in the last few weeks and am able to work through them with a bit of effort.

I had the same thing.  Mine turned out to be a clogged duct.  It was painful by the time I finally got in to check it out.  If it's a duct, massage the heck out of your ta-tas.  Make sure they're emptied (I pump).  Warm compresses work too.  I usually just stand in the shower w/ the warm water hitting them (I have to cover my nips b/c those babies are sore from pumping).

i get a lump in the morning because my boobs are clogged but after I fed my LO, the lump goes away
