I'm taking it because I have some serious chest congestion. 

It's not a joke that it increases your EWCM. 

I'm quite a few days away from O so normally I wouldn't have any, but OMG I just went to the bathroom and holy cow I had a ton!

Good to know.  And question... I have a terrible cough currently and have thought about taking it, but does it help control the cough at all or just make you cough more so that the ick comes out?

Originally I was coughing because I was congested in my lungs.  The mucinex seemed to get rid of that. 

I am still coughing but it's different now, it's a dry tickle in my throat type of cough.  Mucinex won't help that.

I took this last month when I was super sick & it worked wonders, and yea it DEF increased CM.

It doesn't make you cough MORE, it just makes your coughs more productive and produce more junk so that it gets out of your lungs or wherever it's hanging out doing its business.
