5W, 6D (according to the guess of the u/s machine since I ovulate late)
I had bleeding for a while early on (didn't even know I was pregnant), so I go in next week for my third u/s to see if there's a heartbeat. There wasn't one when I went yesterday, but the doc said usually 6 weeks is when one would register, and the baby had grown since my first u/s last Friday.
Is anyone else terrified? We have wanted this pregnancy for so long, and now that it's here, I am so paranoid that I am going to lose it. I don't have that many symptoms either, except cramping, hunger and faint nausea. My boobs are a little tender I guess, but that could be in my head because I keep waiting for them to start hurting. I think I'm losing my mind!
YAY! Congratulations to everyone! We haven't really told anyone, so I've been lurking (and responding sporadically) here quite a bit. Glad to have some ladies to chat with about this exciting experience.
This is my second baby, and I can't wait to see how this pregnancy differs from that one. So far, they have one big thing in common - I can't seem to get enough rest!

I'm really nervous about that too! My appointment on Dec 1 seems so far away. Crossing my fingers and whispering a prayer that everything is ok. Good luck at your u/s next week.
I think that is a normal feeling. I swore if I got spotting I wasn't going to freak out. I had spotting today. I didn't freak out, but I sure am more nervous than I was yesterday. And like you said, I think it is even more terrifying when you wait for so long to have a baby. Good luck, and I hope you can relax as much as possible!
Steal my kids picture or pretend they are yours, I will find where you live and ship all of their dirty diapers to your doorstep. Promise.
5 weeks today. I am terrified too. We had a m/c with our 1st pregnancy very recently so I just want to know this one is okay, but really how can you know that until you hold your little bundle in your arms? We haven't told anyone yet either, but will tell our parents around T'giving. I hope to have had an u/s by then, but no appointment yet. Will make one on Monday once tomorrow's b/w comes back. Glad to be here with all of you!!

I'm 5 weeks today (my ticker said 4w6d earlier so I don't know if it is updating right). I'm due 7/15 : ) I had a miscarriage at the end of August so I am cautious about this pregnancy but excited too.
