what do braxton hicks feel like?

because i thiiiiink im  having them right now? I was told its "uncomfortable" and your stomach "feels hard like a basketball"

So im sitting here and i feel like a little extra stretch/uncomfort. no pain pain, and my belly is like a rock right now. Is that it?

Mine last about 30 seconds. They take my breath away a little bit. The pressure starts at the top of my uterus and moves down, and I feel some pressure in my vagina/cervix/butt at the peak, then they go away. My tummy squeezes around the baby, so if he's hanging out on the right, my belly points to the right pretty dramatically and feels hard.

It sounds like you're having them.

Yep. That sounds like BH. Mine usually last for about a minute.

Those are them, and if baby is awake for them, it feels WEIRD when he moves.  It almost tickles.

 My OB said that different muscles can be engaged, so I think it's it's possible that you're having them higher up.  For me, it's usually just belly button and lower.  And I hear that for some women, it's the entire area -- above and below their belly button.

For me, it's my upper stomach, it gets hard as a rock and i cna feel it get tighter and tighter.

It definitely sounds like you are having BH. The first couple I had I thought it was just the baby stretching, then I realized how hard my belly was and figured out what it was. Now I get them all over my belly and they last about a minute. I had one last night as DH and I were cuddling in bed so I told him to feel my belly. He gets very into everything baby/belly related.
