How'd the chicken parm turn out?

    I just started to make this about 3 weeks ago and have made it once a week since then. It's definitely my new fave!

    I'm glad it turned out well! If you just bake the chicken first on a cookie sheet, then transfer it to a glass pan with the sauce and cheese, it saves some calories from the frying.

    (Frying tastes better, but this is an easy way to make it a little healthier.)

    Exactly what I do. Anything made with EVOO is healthy right?? Wink
