One of my mom's best friends gave me one when I was born, and my mom has only recently stopped buying more. I love, love, loved them when I was little, and as a result most of them are pretty beat up, but I wouldn't trade the time I spent playing with them for anything.

I had a bunch growing up that my mom "lost" in a move... grrr.   They were beautiful but I never played with them they were for display

I have several.  They are in my dd's closet in perfect condition.  My mom never let me play with them.  I don't know if I am going to let my dd play with them either..lol

Awww, let your DD play with them! I don't think resale on them is all that great anyway, so why not let her enjoy them? I'm so glad my mom let us play with ours.

My DD #1 has one...the Huggums one...She played with it...they are good quality.
