Wine of the month club

has anyone ever purchased this for anyone or got it as a gift?? I'm thinking of doing this for my parents for Christmas but I would love a rec so I know the wine is good! My parents are really into wine and have made their own in the past so I would hate to do this and find out the wine sucked!

I have given DH beer of the month subscriptions from amazingclubs.com before and it was really good. We often give gifts through wine.com - always good - but be careful because some states have really strict laws about alcohol delivery, like here in MA. It can be a PITA to order alcohol.

We used to get Tobin James wine of the month or quarterly. I don't remember. We like their wines a lot. Especially their Liquid Love. It's a winery up in Paso Robles, CA.

We belong to the Dutch Henry Farms Winery Club.

 It's not a brand that you find in the stores and you can only buy it in Napa Valley. We went there on our honeymoon and it was our favorite winery. They really specialize in the red wines.

We get two bottles every other month and it's about $100 per shipment so these are $50 bottles of wine. Amazing stuff! It's our little reminder of our honeymoon.

I'm not sure what your budget is, but it's worth a shot. You may be able to do a couple of months or something.

They are a very personalized winery. They produce a yearly calendar of all of the wine club member's pets. I submitted my cat and she made the cut and now represents April. It's really cute.
