  • It's a ridiculous lawsuit. If your child did not become a genius by watching BE videos, you can get your money back.

  • Yep, it's true. These videos claimed to be "educational" for infants even though the AAP has clearly recommended NO tv for kids under 3 y.o. You can return them for refunds up to $14.99 I believe.
Warning No formatter is installed for the format bbhtml
  • What?  Did someone sue them or something?  If so, that's ridiculous.

Can I return mine because it annoyed the crap out of me, even though my kid loved it?

  • I'm betting s_angel is going to be all over this. She can buy videos on ebay cheap and return them.

ditto... I mean really.  sure the AAP  suggests no tv before two.. so maybe they should sue the parents, not the BE people.  (insert sarcasm there).

but I have to say, the BE video we were given as a baby shower gift was crap.  My dd wasn't interested one bit.  we didn't open it until she was 15 months old... maybe it's only for little ones... but I didn't need to sedate her with psychedelic images as an infant.  the bouncey jumparoo and music and books worked for her. I managed to get showers every day and cook.   I still don't get the point of the videos.  I did like some of the books though.

Well, then I guess no money back for me.  I got two genius kids out of the deal :)
