Shared Room - need help

Hello Ladies,

I have a 4 yr old daughter and expecting a baby boy this March. They will be sharing a room and I'm having a difficult time figuring out how to decorate the room. I don't have a crib bedding picked out yet, but I am drawn towards blue, brown and orange colors. My daughter is our princess and very girly?so I don't want to make the room too boyish. I'm having a hard time picturing both sexes work in the same room.

If any of you are in this situation or have pictures to share, it would be greatly appreciated!!!!!

I really like it when there is a clear line of who is whos.  Where there are 2 walls pinks and 2 wall blue and decor is based on that kid on those 2 walls.

We didn't know if we were having a girl or boy for #3 (all the kids share 1 tiny bedroom) so we did a more gender neutral room.  It's actually orange (not orange orange but a bit more muted version), dark green & purples.  It's kind of a bug theme w/ abstract flowers.  I added some pink after I had DD#3. The older girls are in white bunk beds w/ this bedding...

We are not going to find out what we are having so we painted the room a really pale blue, almost white.  I found a couple of pictures of really girly rooms with blue walls and those are the inspiration.  No matter what we have, it can work.  Light blue works with yellow, pink, green, brown.  It's very versitile.
