I'm making my mom's comfort chicken (chicken breasts browned then surrounded by carrots and covered in chicken stock to simmer; then you remove everything and turn the stock into gravy and serve with mashed potatoes- simple and yummy!).
My DH puts Rachel Ray's 30 min meals to shame! He's done in like 20 min and everything is fresh and healthy. He's amazing in the kitchen... we had ground turkey sauteed in a wok (lol!) with like 12 cloves of garlic (smashed), tomatoes, rotilli whole wheat pasta, salt/pepper and tons of freshly grated parmesean mixed in. Sound simple but it was super tasty! Even picky little DD ate her ENTIRE BOWL! I was floored.
