I used to work for a restaurant chain in their corporate offices. The head chef moved to Spain a few years ago and at that time, I was decorating cakes on the side...he always thought it was so cool.
He emailed me this morning and said he was going to probably be opening up a cupcake shop over there and he asked if he flew me out there, would I be willing to help teach him how to decorate.
ANNNND since you have the actual proper training, I thought you should tag along!
